Digital illustration design & recycled phone cases​

The illustration’s story: Every planet needs its goddess to take care of nature and its inhabitants. Strong and valuable, she will defend our mother earth and her animals. She rides on her white bear, protecting nature and the Moon. We need her help and yours to live in a better world, where there are trees, vegetation, animals and water is always present in rivers and fountains.

About the project: Plastic pollution grows and abandoned fishing nets endanger underwater life. With Marta Olga we want to be part of the movement of change that is focused on helping the planet. The result of our collaboration is 100% recycled phone cases with earth-focused designs.
The phone cases we have created are made locally in Barcelona, recycled from fishing nets discarded by local fishermen.
The nets were sorted, washed, chopped, and then fused to be transformed into reusable, quality plastic which can be turned into new products time and time again in a sustainable, circular economy. The whole process happens locally in Barcelona reducing energy use and co2 emissions.
Our designs are fun and colorful, each focused on the most environmental theme there is: LOVE. The feeling of care and support, for the planet and all of its inhabitants.

We are Marta and Eva, designers living in Barcelona. Having worked a long time for international clients we have decided to create something locally.
What brought us together was a deep care for the environment and the belief that design and beauty can bring happiness to one’s life. Therefore it was important for us to create a sustainable project that can help the environment and the local trade.

The result of our collaboration is 100% recycled phone cases with earth-focused designs.
